Owner and lead planner - Jessi
Jessi Massengill is the owner of Tennessee Valley Event Planning. She started this business in summer 2020 after marrying her husband in the midst of covid-19. In the past years Tennessee Valley Event Planning has had amazing growth and we have had the incredible opportunity to work with clients from all over the the United States and from different countries. Jessi has a true passion for planning and keeping everything organized, she thrives working in different environments with new people of all walks of life. Her favorite part of being a wedding planner is learning everyone's unique and incredible love stories and watching them take that next step on their beautiful wedding day. She believes weddings should be about YOU and not worrying about the small details on your wedding day. Jessi will make sure your wedding day is full of true joy, a day that will be remembered with happiness.

Favorite sport- Whitewater kayaking (certified ACA whitewater instructor)
Pets- Two sweet dogs Loki (dachshund beagle) and Thor (Chorkie)
Lead Wedding Day Manager - Nicole
Nicole Lawson is a lead coordinator for Tennessee Valley Event Planning. She is recently engaged to her fiancé Brandon and has always had a love for everything wedding related. Nicole is very passionate about everything she does and has an eye for all the small details. She loves working with brides on their special day to create effortless precious moments without worry for a perfectly planned wedding day. Her creativity and organizational skills with the ability to act fast when needed helps her thrive in all weddings situations. Nicole is always ready to help you plan your special day run as smoothly as possible.

Favorite Activities- Walking her dogs, camping, and hiking around Chattanooga with her fiancé Brandon
Pets- Three rescue dogs Pluto, Claire, and Scout

Lead Wedding Assistant - Bianca
Bianca Conner is a coordinating assistant with Tennessee Valley Event Planning. She got married to her husband Josh in September 2020 and has always loved everything wedding related. Bianca had such a good time planning her wedding that she became inspired to start helping other people with their weddings. She loves watching all the small details come together to form a beautiful wedding day. Bianca's attention to detail and organization skills will be useful in helping her to accomplish her of making sure all brides have the most stress free wedding day possible.

Education- Bianca is a licensed Tennessee Real Estate Agent
Favorite Activities- Weight Lifting, spending time with friends and family and watching TLC shows
Pets- A Boston terrier named Kevin and their newest to the family Toby
